Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Cancellation is only applicable before the order status changes to 'Shipped' from 'Processed'.
Once an order has been handed over to our logistical partners for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled. We request you to review your selection carefully before completing the checkout process.
Returns & Refunds
After the order has been shipped, returns and refunds are only provided upon approval of the admin. To initiate a request, please contact our support team with your order ID and a valid reason for return.
Processing Window
Return requests are evaluated and processed within 2 to 7 business days from the date of submission.
Refund Disbursement
Once approved and the item is received, refunds are initiated within 2 to 7 business days back to the original payment method.
No Replacements Policy
To maintain the hygiene and exclusivity of our heritage wear, we do not offer product replacements. We only provide refunds upon successful return verification.
